We are currently seeking a Senior QA Tester to join a project with one of the world’s leading international consultancy firms

What you´ll do

As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring software quality by identifying and documenting errors, defects, and consistency issues. Your main objective is to ensure that the software meets the quality criteria established by the development team and end users.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and plan the testing process, defining the scope, objectives, and methodologies. Manage test resolutions, evaluate impacts, and coordinate all QA activities, support activities, and resolution of identified issues associated with the launch. Develop new quality assurance practices and processes used by the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology. Leverage technical expertise in the design and implementation of complex QA testing techniques. Create detailed test cases that cover various scenarios and user interactions. Perform manual testing to identify errors, failures, and inconsistencies in the software. Report and document defects found using specialized bug tracking tools. Ensure that new features or changes do not introduce new defects. Collaborate with end users to ensure the software meets their expectations and business requirements.

Necessary skills and experience required:

More than 5 years of experience in similar positions. Advanced English. Deep understanding of modern software development processes, including the development process lifecycle, agile development methodologies, etc.; and, Knowledge in Azure DevOps Experience in the Quality Assurance (QA) process and different testing approaches, such as manual, integration, functional, BDD, TDD, unit, etc. Nice to have : knowledge in Selenium and C# Scrum is a plus
