As a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you\nwill lead a team of quality engineers to ensure that our suppliers meet\nHoneywell's quality standards and strategy in the manufacture of components.\nYou will be responsible for driving supplier performance improvement, managing\nsupplier relationships, and ensuring the highest level of quality in our supply\nchain.

You will report directly to our Quality Engineering Manager, and you’ll work\nout of our Glendale, AZ location

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply\nchain by Source Inspections, implementing quality improvement initiatives,\nconducting supplier audits, and driving corrective actions to address quality\nissues. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive\ncontinuous improvement and resolve quality issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead a team of quality engineers to\nensure supplier compliance with quality standardsDrive supplier performance\nimprovement initiativesConduct supplier audits to assess\ncapabilities and identify areas for improvementTravel Approximately 50 %Monitor supplier quality metrics to\nidentify trends and opportunities for improvement

2+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering or a related roleStrong knowledge of quality engineering practices and methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional team environmentWillingness to travel as required
