Senior Quality Engineer

As a Senior Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of quality in our products and processes. You will be accountable for developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise in quality engineering and problem-solving will contribute to the overall success of our organization.

You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you'll work at our Pasadena, TX location.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and exceed customer expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement quality control systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirementsConduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actionsAnalyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issuesWork with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and reduce operational costsProvide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to quality standardsDevelop and deliver training programs to enhance the quality mindset and skills of employeesUtilize SAP transactions for defective material movement and managing ongoing quality notificationsConduct incoming quality inspections to product specifications for new material receiptsInterface with suppliers regarding ongoing quality issues and driving continuous improvement
