Many of the products we distribute are already sitting in your home. **Your role** In this role, you’ll lead and refine our quality systems, ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and ongoing enhancements. You’ll lead all aspects of quality processes, audits, and team performance while working closely with cross-functional teams. **Your background and experience** + Solid understanding of FDA, cGMP, ISO, and other regulatory compliance standards. + Technical knowledge of packaging and experience resolving packaging-related quality issues. + Understanding of quality management systems (QMS). + Familiarity with industry regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO, cGMP). + Skilled in root cause analysis, CAPA, and sustained advancement strategies. + Impactful leadership skills and effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments. + Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and resolve field issues. + Experience addressing field quality issues and customer complaints. + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of packaging quality experience required. **What you can expect from us** Because we’re a well-known and respected leader in packaging, we have many opportunities here.
