Role & Responsibilities:Conduct full life cycle recruitment searches, from understanding the role to presenting recommendations on the best candidates to the hiring team and completing the offer process.Detailed knowledge of Clinical Research Operations (CRO) industry with a proven ability to assess candidates' fit within the industry.Be a Talent advisor.Remain abreast of industry trends.Strong level of skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of data.Develop effective working relationships with the Business, HR Business Partners, and Centre of Excellence, building positive relationships to establish credibility for the TA function.Advise, partner, and influence key leaders by understanding trends, business needs, and talent required to deliver solutions that result in positive business outcomes.Build and implement innovative ideas for enhancing processes and deliver outcomes passionate about continuous improvement.Education:Equivalent experience in relevant business field is acceptable in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
