Title: Sr. Regional Account Manager
Location: Remote (Dallas/Fort Worth Metro) + Travel
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, attach rate goals, and execute company initiatives in an assigned territory. The Senior Regional Account Manager is responsible for building and growing productive relationships with senior client field leadership and store operation leadership, including the Vice-President/General Manager. Improve the performance of stores, districts, and markets through various mediums and approaches. This position will also work with internal cross-functional teams to identify growth and process improvement opportunities.
ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS/DUTIES:
Sales/Territory Management
Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs providing tailored solutions.
Incorporate information from Market Directors, District Managers, Store Managers, and industry knowledge to identify actions to drive performance growth.
Effectively manage activity and travel calendar to optimize results.
Achieve all growth metric targets set by leadership.
Collaboration and Influence
Build strong relationships, understand client business plan and work to become part of the client’s team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth, training, and process improvement opportunities.
Continuously assess needs and provide an action plan with recommendations to leadership.
Influence and gain leadership support from sales leadership and staff to drive sales results.
Client Education
Facilitate client specific trainings facilitation to ensure 1st rate product knowledge
Articulate client-specific features and benefits of protection plan
Execute regular business reviews with senior leadership and influence activities to grow results.
Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:
5+ B2B or outside account sales management experience and/or 5+ years of retail store/district management experience
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targes
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation skills
Strong consultative sales, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Retail experience preferred
Required Licenses/Certifications:
Insurance Licensing: Must be able to pass State Property and Casualty Licensing exam
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Travels: Yes
Percent of time: 50%
Overnight required: Yes
REQUIREMENTS: Potential 50% travel with frequent overnight stays
