Sr Regional Learning Partner
The Sr. Regional Learning Partner is responsible for implementing an integrated learning & skills strategy and learning eco-system to allow KION to build the skills and capabilities that drives profitable and sustainable growth.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Learning, this position is responsible for the full lifecycle management of learning solutions within an assigned area of the learning solutions portfolio, covering multiple complex job families, including Project Management, HR, Finance etc., skills areas and sectors at a global and regional level.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $102,750 - $150,700 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. 

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do In This Role:

Works with external vendors and internal resources to own the delivery of learning programs whether those be ILT (in person training), VILT (virtual training), e-learning (self-guided learning), VR/AR (mixed reality training) etcCurates content from internal and external sources into learning paths aligned with jobs and/or skills and capabilitiesUses instructional design principles to develop programs specifically tailored to the needs of the business using both internal resources and external support as needed in the creation of cutting edge and state of the art blended programsMonitors, reports on and manages learning program budgets, metrics, and measurements for assigned programsPartners with support functions such as Procurement, Finance and Facilities to ensure smooth co-ordination of learning initiativesDrives continual process and service improvements for assigned programs and portfolio as well as for special projects when necessaryOwns and maintains customer relationship management methodology to be utilized by Learning Partners for internal “business development” including communication and marketing activities for learning offeringsAnalyzes and develops the overall learning portfolio in alignment with strategic people development and business goals based on comprehensive learning needs analysis, e. g. through participation in alignment workshops with other Learning Partners and strategic people developmentDrives collaboration across the key stakeholder communities to collaborate with key stakeholder communities, included HR and Business Leaders, to identify and define learning gaps in line with business and/or functional needsTroubleshoots and resolves complex problems with local organizational units or globallyIdentifies resource needs such as technology, budget and headcount and influences the fulfillment of such needsLeads or supports development, management and communication of complex learning offerings and strategy across single or multiple organizational units, the wider HR community, and global learning community as applicableDrives innovation globally / regionally when applying professional principles, concepts, theories and technologies to a wide range of adult learning challenges to ensure program applicability, effectiveness and scalabilityDirects and collaborates with Learning Coordinators (1st level support) in the coordination of assigned programs and projectsIdentification of current and emerging learning technologies that enhance learner experience or improve efficiency with the learning function in collaboration with HR technology owners

What We Are Looking For: 

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, or related training field5+ years of professional experience in learning, learning management and/or instructional designDemonstrated understanding and application of adult learning theory and multiple delivery methodsExperience delivering learning for large scale implementationsExperience working with distributed workforce in project environment or related industryProven track record of developing, implementing, and executing a broad portfolio of training and development initiativesExcellent strategic, interpersonal, collaboration, consulting, and communication skills across diverse businesses, cultures, and levels of leadership and stakeholder managementAbility to effectively navigate across different organizational boundaries globally and work in a cross-functional team environment and ability to work in matrix driven organizationsDemonstrated ability to work in a center of excellence and partner closely with HR Business partners and business line managers on delivering solutions to complex learning needsWorking knowledge of various LMS platforms and digital learning solutions and comfortableness with how to leverage technology to drive behavior change
