Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. You'll go home feeling like you made a difference. As a Sr. Rep – Recoveries Ops, you'll spend your day speaking with customers over the phone assisting them with finding solutions to resolve title concerns, disputes, OCAs, and affidavits. Every call is an opportunity for you to use your negotiating and relationship building skills to partner with customers and create long lasting business relationships. As a member of the team, you will receive extensive training with an emphasis on compliance and negotiating and selling skills to ensure routines are consistent and based on industry best practices. This position provides an opportunity to grow individual leadership, knowledge of Auto Finance, and may lead to supervisory or management opportunities!

The Work Itself Complete transfer of ownership documentation for contractual obligationManage Liable Parties on Auto contracts through retail assumptions, cobuyer to guarantor, or transfer of lease obligationFollow Customer Identification Program (CIP procedures) as required by BSA/AMLHandle recovery and collection accounts, inquiries, and invoicing from customersProcess and notarize legal documents with speed and accuracyParticipate and / or lead one of our various internal associate led products within Recoveries to showcase and grow your leadership and problem-solving skillsetAct as a mentor to new hires and assist in new hire trainings through side x sides and on the job training assistanceUse computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshootingComplete back office administration tasks in relation to Recoveries/ Account Revisions The Skills You Bring HS diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate's degree preferred and 3 years of experience performing customer service, administrative duties, and/or collection/recovery efforts within a financial institution requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced, high volume, call center environmentExcellent listening, oral - written communication skills with attention to detailProfessional phone etiquette and persuasive negotiation skillsAbility to maintain strict confidentiality and informed of changes in policy and proceduresMicrosoft Windows and Internet-based applications experience requiredPerformance Measurements may include meeting required metric standards monthly, daily Scorecard, monthly recovery targets set by the department How We'll Have Your Back

Base Pay Range: $48880 - $57200 USDAn individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.  Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
