Summary: Seeking a Sr RS Avionics Installer with experience in aviation electronics and a strong ability to read blueprints and schematic diagrams.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Two years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics and two years related work experience; or four years experience in an avionics/electronic career field

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams

Working knowledge of Inspection Procedures manual and pertinent Process Specifications

Computer keyboard skills

Job Responsibilities:

Provide work direction to technicians

Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time delivery of aircraft

Install, modify, fabricate wiring, electrical components, fixtures, and associated equipment per blueprints, worksheets, engineering drawings

Contribute to the development of employees and techniques through skilled specialist abilities

Assist Engineering in resolving problems and making repairs as directed by engineering

Maintain required logs and records ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications

Enforce company FOD program, tool control program, 5-S program, and all safety regulations

Participate in continuous improvement activities (e.g., YIAW, Kaizen events)

Assist and fill in for team coordinator as required
