Senior Sales Incentive Analyst

Position Overview: 

Entrust is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst who will support the operational needs, analysis and administration of the global sales incentive compensation plans. This role administers and calculates the compensation payouts, creates performance reporting and analysis, and functions as the primary contact to the sales colleagues on commission inquiries. The Sales Compensation Analyst will be proactive in building relationships with internal sales colleagues, sales management and corporate customers, providing assistance as required.

Responsibilities:

Develop and report monthly, quarterly, and annual sales colleague performance and compensation analyticsProvide critical support to the global incentive compensation process by working cross-functionally with Sales Management, Sales Operations, Finance, Accounting, HR, Legal and PayrollRespond to commission and bonus inquiries that include conducting research and preparing commission related adjustmentsEvaluate and report performance for President’s Club qualificationPerform monthly commission analysis and calculate financial accrualsContribute to the development or improvement of systems to effectively track or capture dataDemonstrate ownership of the monthly compensation calculations for the global sales organization including compiling and verifying transactional data and calculationsAssist with the rollout of compensation plans and new processes tied to the measurement of the compensation plan and goalsDevelop written process documents needed to effectively manage compensation-related processesWork with the Sales Compensation Systems Administrator to develop sales colleagues performance reports, build incentive statements and other dashboards as well as respond to ad hoc requestsFunction as the primary contact to the sales organization for commission inquiriesWorks closely with Corporate Compensation team on plan design and policy matters related to sales commission plans 

Basic Qualifications

8+ years of accounting/finance or related experienceBachelor’s degree in business related field or accounting preferredStrong systems aptitude, hands-on experience with Oracle or other Enterprise Business SystemAdvanced Excel Skills, experience working with large data setsMust be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for the US

Preferred Qualifications:

Sales compensation experienceAnalytic skills with an interest in identifying and fixing problems, process improvementSelf-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities with attention to timelinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to quickly summarize data findings and effectively communicate results to managementHigh level of attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughnessExperience with Oracle EBS, SAP Business Intelligence and sales incentive compensation systemExperience working in a global, diverse and multicultural environment

Compensation Range:


The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $84,325-$123,677 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
