**What you get to do in this role:**
+ Be the Subject Matter Expert of Process and Procedures for Sales Operations.
+ Become a CPQ/CLM Expert
+ Ability to walk through e2e in CPQ/CLM all eligible quote scenarios.
+ Clear understanding of roles & responsibilities of SOPs as well as Sales/RAMs.
+ Understand common troubleshooting tactics and document for Sales Ops as needed.
+ Assist in reviewing incidents and driving resolution to production issues.
+ Working with Ops and DT to identify trends in issues, translate those to future enhancements as necessary.
+ Active participation in CPQ/CLM release cycles including:
+ User Acceptance Scenario preparation and review
+ User Acceptance Testing
+ SOPs process documentation
+ Assist SOPs with any questions or help during User Acceptance Testing
+ Assist Global Deal Teams with Flex (overflow) deals as requested
**To be successful in this role you have:**
+ 3-5 years of proven experience of Sales Operations in a software sales organization.
+ Organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel.
+ Experience with CRM, CPQ & CLM systems.
+ Strong listening, analytic and organizational skills.
+ Team Player with positive attitude ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive conflict resolution.
+ Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
+ Ability to work in an aggressive, fast paced environment managing multiple priorities.
