As a Sales Excellence Operations Manager here at Honeywell, you will be a pivotal force in driving operational efficiency and elevating the overall effectiveness of our sales organization. You will report directly to our Sales Excellence Director and you'll work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the sales organization by driving operational efficiency, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will be responsible for the planning and management of sales incentives on a global scale.\n
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n
