+ Managing and maintaining Deltek’s sales quota models, partnering with compensation to ensure accuracy
+ Recommending best practice on quota and comp, collaborating with Sales Ops Business Partners to set up sales teams for success
+ Undertaking quarterly analysis of rep performance, for presentation to the Chief Commercial Officer
+ Managing the draw process, ensuring reps are fairly compensated when starting or moving territories
+ Ownership of the Revenue Flash file, preparing data for the Executive Team on bookings forecast
+ Supporting the preparation of regular reporting and presentations, such as QBR and GTM Ops Reviews
+ Undertaking ROI analyses for Sales SPIFFs, advising on successes and failures, and guiding future SPIFF creation
+ Maintaining AE level targets for internal Activity Scorecards
+ Supporting the annual sales planning process, assisting in target build out and advising on quota, structure, CAC and other metrics
+ Supporting the transition of Sales Efficiency metrics into BI
+ Assisting with future acquisitions, integrating new systems and people onto Deltek infrastructure to minimize disruption
+ Ad Hoc analysis as required
Work Location:Philippines, Makati City Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of success; SaaS experience a plus
+ Experience in FP&A or sales operations
+ Proven track record in managing and improving quota models
+ Experience with SFDC and Power BI (or other BI tools) preferred
+ Good oral and written communication skills
+ Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Interest and experience in analyzing data to address business challenges and drive operational improvements
+ Intermediate to Advanced Excel based modeling skills
+ Earned B.A. or B.S. degree
