Proactively document standard operating procedures and make recommendations to fix root cause, eliminate friction, and improve processes. Manage rule-based account assignment systems to ensure that sales account team assignments are timely and correct. Research company hierarchy for parent child relationships for strategic, enterprise, and targeted prospects accounts and maintain parent / child relationships in Salesforce to ensure that reporting and territory assignments are correct. Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports for the sales team in Salesforce.com, Excel, Cognos, QlikView/QlikSense and Power BI. Maintain positive work relationships with user community and process participants, ensure compliance with cross-functional team responsibilities. Collaborate directly with the sales operations team, the sales team and other cross-functional teams to define and deliver reporting and analysis that meets business objectives. Work Location:Philippines, Makati City Qualifications: + 5+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of success + Bachelor's degree + Advanced Salesforce knowledge, including: territory and account assignment rules, reporting and dashboard building, and bulk uploads + Expertise in Enterprise account delineation/definition + Intermediate to advance skill level in Excel preferred + Experience in Power BI, Qlik or other BI Tools preferred + Good oral and written communication skills with experience working with and presenting to senior management + Highly analytical and curious in solving business challenges + Demonstrates a sense of urgency to attain and exceed desired results + Operates in a cooperative and collaborative spirit to achieve shared goals across multiple functions + Ability to articulate needs for process improvements Travel Requirements:NoApplicant Privacy Notice:Deltek is committed to the protection and promotion of your privacy.
