This is a newly created role which plays an integral part in supporting Deltek’s core sales market. You will be a key member of a team that drives Deltek’s global journey toward becoming a $1B revenue business.
The Sales Operations team partners closely with sales leaders to execute their strategic business plans through analytics expertise. This position will support the analysis for our key sales market and drive the organization’s vision and growth, shaping operational content and managing ad hoc projects for stakeholders. This position will be an individual contributor that reports to the Senior Sales Operations Partner.
You will join a like-minded, engaged, best-in-class team and be empowered to partner with key stakeholders across the organization. You’ll guide decision-making and share your knowledge, expertise and passion to deliver reporting, data-based analysis and sales forecasting. Your primary responsibilities will include:
+ Partnering with Sales Ops and leadership to provide analysis & insight that drives sales strategy & growth
+ Ensuring a high level of hygiene in our CRM data, fixing duplicate accounts, invalid AE assignment, and account hierarchies
+ Supporting bookings forecasting through predictive analytics, highlighting areas of risk and opportunity
+ Supporting the quarterly MAP (Market Action Planning) process to ensure accuracy of reporting
+ Supporting the integration of new acquisitions into Deltek’s Government Contracting sales portfolio, partnering with IT, Salesforce Support, BI, finance, and other teams
+ Partnering with Sales leaders on expense management opportunities and growth possibilities
+ Analyzing pipeline generation and trends, advising on areas of weakness and opportunity
+ Involvement in sales quota and compensation discussions
+ Maintaining accurate AE level targets/metrics in our activity scorecards
+ Supporting the annual sales planning process including bookings, expenses, organizational structure & quota
+ Advising on BI data needs and giving input on the BI roadmap based on the needs of the GTM teams
+ Ad Hoc analysis and projects as required
Work Location:Philippines, Makati City Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of success; SaaS experience a plus
+ Experience in FP&A or sales operations
+ Experience with SFDC and Power BI (or other BI tools) preferred
+ Good oral and written communication skills
+ Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Interest and experience in analyzing data to address business challenges and drive operational improvements
+ Intermediate to Advanced Excel based modeling skills
+ Earned B.A. or B.S. degree
