We are currently seeking a Sales Excellence Specialist to join our\nBuilding Automation INDIA team, located in our Mumbai office. Reporting to the Director\nSales Excellence for the region, your focus will be to drive growth though Sales Excellence function and initiatives.
Sales Excellence is\nstructured around the key pillars of Pipeline Management & Forecasting, Sales\nQuota & Incentive, Business Analytics & Data handling, Salesforce\nDeployment/Onboarding/Training. The incumbent will be involved in driving the\nabove leveraging the tools like SFDC, Advanced Excel, Tableau, Data Automation\nLanguage to create Dashboarding & Reporting for effective sales execution. The\nincumbent will be a business partner to the sales leaders and the General\nManager to drive sales productivity, interacting with multiple cross-functions\nlike HR, Finance, Marketing, ISC etc, apart from the GM of the business\nassigned. We are looking for a talented individual to assist the General\nManager and Sales Excellence Leader of the region to drive sustainable,\nprofitable growth to the business.
Responsibilities
Business Partner to the Sales Leaders & General Manager of the Region.
Engagement with Sales Teams for Pipeline Management, Sales Forecasting, Analytics, Dashboarding & Reporting.
Weekly Order Book & Sales Report for all line of businesses. Insights / Takeaways / Suggested Actions.
Develop and install meaningful Sales and Commercial Analytics that capture key performance indicators, linking back to targets and driving tangible actions where necessary to meet the individual sales target.
Drive the best practice usage of world class CRM through Salesforce.com
Drive the implementation of regional Sales MOS (Management Operating System).
Work cross-functionally with Leadership, Sales and other associated functions to gather inputs and drive the weekly review of forecast and create the material required for reviews at the local and regional level each week.
Act as first delegate for the General Manager in Sales Excellence related reviews and weekly GBE reviews of the forecast and the sales pulse.
Drive consistent Account Planning practices within the Sales teams.
Work closely with the Global CE Training/Development team to deliver competency development for Sales
Works closely with Global Analytics/Compensation team to deliver analytical requirements for the region.
Partner with the GM/Business Leaders to plan & distribute the annual quota, from business to individual sellers.
Sales Incentive Plan and execution
Requirements
Consultative mindset to approach the business problem, bring mitigation plan and partner with business stakeholders to execute the mitigation pla.
Adept at Data Handling, Data Cleaning, Data Presentation, Analytics & Problem Solving.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel / Tableau / Automation tools / PPT.
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM, Dashboards & Reports.
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication, excellent Presentation skills.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Advanced Excel and PPT.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
