Area Sales Manager
Area Sales Managers (ASM) are responsible for developing and managing their assigned territory. This includes meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly AOP targets. Prepare and manage a salesforce pipeline that directly impacts sales growth through both distributors and end-user sales. Engage with regional distributors, national accounts, to understand their needs and build long-term relationships. Implement and use Honeywell's MOS for your designated region to help deliver your goals. Have a strong understanding of the market and help to develop new business opportunities with end-user customers and/or distributors to help drive Honeywell growth. Help drive sales and growth strategies aimed at key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives.
Grow share of demand in the given territory, vertical, or customer set
Aggressively seek out new end-user customers to drive greater market penetration and new sources of revenue
Improve the safety, productivity and performance of assigned end-user customers and channels.
