As a Senior Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, meeting sales targets and expanding the customer base for Onity in Mexico City. Your responsibilities will include managing, developing, and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. Your expertise in sales, guidance, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business success.
This role is responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned sales quotas by prospecting existing and upcoming facilities to close new Onity business. The Sr Sales Representative will respond to inbound leads, deliver product demonstrations, provide product selection assistance and system design, generate quotes, process orders, write proposals and job bids, and work trade shows. As a member of this team, you will work in a dynamic environment that provides a high-level of exposure and influence for the leading-edge technology of Onity products
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their requirements
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and facilitation.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts and Integrators in Mexico, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships
• Identify, engage and qualify existing and new business opportunities and deliver tailored solutions
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously because of excellent planning, organization and time management skills.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement
• Handle multiple projects well, balancing the needs of customers with the capabilities of inside project coordination needs to offer the best solution for their needs in a timely fashion
• Understand that internal and external collaboration drives improvement and best practices
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales or account management
• Experience from within the Hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Highly organized yet flexible/adaptive skillset – able to juggle multiple balls at once without a single drop
