Join over 5,000 people across the globe who think that’s work worth doing.\n \nSr Salesforce Architect\n \nWhy We Have This Role\n \nThe Salesforce CRM Development team oversees a robust platform used for tracking all customer interactions across Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Finance, and Internal Engineering. The team directly impacts the revenue of the company by building quoting tools and systemizing sales processes that aid our sales team in hitting their sales targets, help retain customers through predictive modeling, and facilitate data collection for executives to make real time decisions.\n \nAs a Sr Salesforce Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering solutions for our enterprise-level platform using Salesforce functionality. Your primary responsibility will be to design & recommend the best solution for a given set of requirements and articulate the trade-offs involved in choosing one solution over another.\n \nHow You’ll Find Success\n\nActing as a trusted advisor and leader, collaborating with process experts to design a vision and system architecture to streamline and systemize the companies most critical business processes.\nBringing technology, people, and processes together through effective governance and expert communication and listening skills to ensure that designed solutions align with the business needs.\nDesigning scalable, streamlined integrated solutions between Salesforce and other technologies to ensure data quality and standardization across platforms.\nEducating & advising the development team on technical best practices.\n\nHow You’ll Grow\n\nContinuously expand your technical knowledge and deepen your expertise by staying updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce products and technologies.\nStrengthen leadership abilities related to communication, establishing vision, and influencing and inspiring others.\nExpand your knowledge beyond the Salesforce platform by gaining experience in integrating Salesforce with other technologies and platforms.\nBuild strong relationships through collaboration with business stakeholders, executives, and process experts within the organization.\nEstablish yourself as a trusted advisor and go-to person for technical guidance.\nLearn to embrace change, explore emerging technologies, and be open to learning new tools and frameworks. You will have opportunities to adapt your approach and solutions to meet evolving business needs and industry trends.\n\nThings You’ll Do\n\nRecommend the best solution for a given set of requirements and articulate the trade-offs involved in choosing one solution over another.\nEnsure that the chosen solution will hold up over time, scale as the number of users increases, and minimize technical debt or manual changes.\nPossess broad and deep technical knowledge, as well as listening, communication, and presentation skills.\nIdentify the optimal solution for a business requirement and recommend using clicks, code, or a combination of both.\nDesign the data model for Salesforce implementations to work in the holistic system landscape.\nDesign technical solutions for identity and access, data and process integrations, and large data volumes and data privacy needs.\nStay up-to-date with Salesforce product capabilities and think quickly to address stakeholder needs.\nDesign systems that are sustainable, maintainable, and scalable for future business growth.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For on Your Resume\n\n10+ years experience as either an administrator or developer in the Salesforce.com platform, with significant experience in Salesforce architecture and design, and a broad and deep technical knowledge of Salesforce products and integrations.\nProven experience configuring and implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, process experts, and technical teams.\nExperience in managing and leading teams, including developers.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nAbility to think strategically and plan for the future.\nSalesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Architect, are highly desirable.\n\nWhat You Should Know About This Team\n\nCorporate-wide impact: The system ownership and management extends across multiple departments, and any changes made and implemented have a significant impact and high visibility throughout the entire company.\nConsistent learning: The system knowledge is vast, and team members are encouraged to expand their scope as they progress in seniority.
