We are currently seeking a Sr Security & Electronic Systems Specialist with justice or corrections project experience to join our team. This role can be located in Houston, Dallas, Austin, Chicago, Tampa, St. Louis, or Denver.

This role is responsible for all aspects of project delivery.  Responsibilities include design meetings with clients, development of system designs and communication of same to production staff, project management duties, and supporting the needs of the low voltage system group at large.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the Engineering Practice Leader with proposal perpetration and participate in interviews. Assume Project Management Duties on assigned projects. Manage fee budgets Interface with Architectural and Engineering leadership Manage production schedules Attend client meetings Attend internal team meetings Integrate the low voltage design into the overall project to meet the client’s needs Assist Architectural discipline in compiling construction documents relative to low voltage drawings and specifications. Assist low voltage designers in clash detection and conflict resolution with MEP and other systems. Construction Administration Responsibilities Attend pre-bid meetings Scope validation Pre-construction meetings Shop drawing review Progress meetings RFI responses Field observations Field reports Observation of system operation for punch list reports
