Sr Service Desk Technician

Profile Summary

 For an IT support role. This position involves providing first-line and second-line support to resolve various technical issues, including software, hardware, and networking problems. The role also includes installing, configuring, customizing, troubleshooting, upgrading, integrating, and maintaining various IT systems and devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first and second-level support to resolve customer issues.Accurately escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.Track, route, and redirect problems to the correct resources.Utilize excellent customer service skills to exceed customer expectations.Demonstrate strong client-facing and communication skills.Perform advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking.Handle user interactions through calls, chats, and emails.Maintain a good typing speed (minimum 40 WPM with 98% accuracy).Possess good knowledge of operating systems, ISP, hardware, networking, and Outlook.Exhibit good analytical and problem-solving skills.Show good interpersonal and customer care skills.Be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $47,000.00 - $78,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
