As part of the Unity Lab Services team, you will support the daily operations of the Pipette Calibration Program in GxP environments. This role is crucial in enabling our customers to achieve their goals, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
A Day in the Life:Schedule asset calibrations for preventative or corrective maintenanceCoordinate and develop asset tracking sheetsOperate within Maximo and Pipette Tracking softwareMaintain calibration records for GxP and non-GxP assetsCoordinate asset pick-ups and drop-offsEnsure compliance with SOPsOffer mentorship and technical expertise to peers and clientsDeliver excellent customer serviceSupport other duties as assignedEducationHigh School Diploma or GED requiredExperienceExperience in GxP environment preferredWorking knowledge of work order management system (Maximo) preferredProven excellence in customer service skillsComputer literacyKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesAttention to detail and technical problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-task and promote a team environmentStrong written and oral communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and confident working in systems and databasesExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently within the customer locationBenefitsThermo Fisher Scientific offers competitive remuneration, an annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits. Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $23.00–$26.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
