Working within this groundbreaking Supply Chain Organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the Internet with next generation network devices, technologies, and products. As a key member of the Silicon Manufacturing Operations (SMO) team, you will lead a team of supply planners globally responsible for the end-to-end Silicon supply chain of ramping and sustaining products. This role collaborates heavily with Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, Manufacturing Execution, Quality, and Engineering. You are a initiative-taker that thrives in ambiguity and is energized by creating things from scratch. Key Responsibilities: * Design, deploy, and maintain team and organizational structure to support effective and efficient planning operations. * Develop and implement strategic supply planning processes to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demand. * Own the program management of supply chain readiness for NPI products, including supply, manufacturability, and hardware planning needs * Lead and mentor a team of supply planners, providing guidance and support in their professional development. * Analyze market trends, demand forecasts, and production schedules to make informed decisions on supply planning. * Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply. * Use advanced supply chain software and tools to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency. * Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance and key metrics to senior management.
