SitusAMC is on a Digital Transformation journey to implement and automate the infrastructure, platform creation by developing and executing Infrastructure as Code capabilities. This role will work closely with Delivery, Platform and Capability teams in consuming in-house products, building and managing various AWS Cloud Environments running on different AWS Services.

Essential Job Functions:

Build and maintain new infrastructure environments and capabilitiesCollaborate with Delivery teams to understand and meet the client requirementsDrive the development and implementation of automation solutions to remove “toil”, streamline processes, reduce manual interventions, and enhance the overall efficiency of the product engineering and SRE teams.Develop and maintain monitoring tools, alerts, and dashboards to provide visibility into system health and performance.Proactively identifying and resolving any performance bottlenecks or availability issuesImplement patching and vulnerability remediation policiesManage IAM roles and conduct basic security audits                            Build and administrate automated pipelinesAdministrate source code repositories in ADOMentor, coach and share knowledge among team membersWork as part of the incident response team; conduct post-incident analyses to identify root causes and implement preventive measures to avoid future incidentsOther activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 8+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent8 years of related experience preferredExperience and in-depth understanding of different AWS Services such as RDS-MSQL, Elastic beanstalk, EKS etc.Experience with Scrum or Agile methodologiesExperience in Scripting and Automation using any Scripting Language preferably PythonKnowledge and development experience with Terraform or CloudFormationIn-depth knowledge on any of the GIT platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub etc.Experience in Building and maintaining Kubernetes clustersExperience with Monitoring, Alerting and Dashboarding capabilities using CloudWatch and DatadogExperience with ITIL Methodologies in some of the areasMust Have experience with programming Languages such as Java or .NetPrior experience in working on a teamStrong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skillsAbility to adapt to a changing environmentSelf-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distractionExperience with Dashboarding and reporting Management

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$150,000.00 - $175,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
