Responsibilities

Collaborate with Engineering teams, Product Managers and Software Architects to shape technical solutions to manage product data for business objectives

Implement the tech solutions in iterations from design, to code, testing and deployment with engineering disciplines for resiliency, scalability and security compliance

Ensure standards, processes, and best practices are efficient, and documented

Collaborate with partners to understand requirements, understand use cases and build towards a cohesive technical strategy

Communicate tech solutions and project status with your partners

Work with SRE to guarantee the SLOs (Service Level Objectives)

Improve system performance with optimizations

Trouble shoot and fix customer reported issues

Participate in on-call rotation

Minimum Qualifications

BS. or MS. degree in Computer Science or related technical field

5+ years of software development experience, at least 3 years with service development

Solid programming skills with Java for service development

Trouble shooting and performance tuning skills

Experience of large-scale software system development

Experience in Continuous Delivery methodologies and tools

Hands-on knowledge in building SaaS or PaaS solutions on AWS

Hands-on knowledge in search or database technologies, such Elastic Search

Collaboration skills and teamwork spirit
