Provide technical expertise to design, develop and maintain software components and products that support H&R Block business applications. Perform technical design and code reviews for all new enhancements and maintenance work delivered. Provide direction in technical specifications and product requirements. Establish best practices in coding and development within the team. Create and consume .NET C# APIs. Build new screens and maintain and enhance existing screens for the applications. Create and execute unit tests and functional automation tests in order to diagnose and address defects. Create and maintain documentation on the internal architecture of the system and design approaches. Provide production support by monitoring systems and taking corrective actions. Create required infrastructure services for the applications such as AppServices, Function Apps, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, and Application Insights. Mentor and coach other team members.
