Role Overview: As a Sr. Solution Consultant at UKG, you will play a pivotal role in delivering superior HCM and workforce management solutions to our clients. You will be accountable for your own success, utilizing your expert knowledge of HCM and Workforce management software to design and implement solutions that maximize benefits for our customers. Your superior communication and presentation skills, coupled with your ability to manage complex environments and client relationships, will ensure your success in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead end-to-end HCM implementation projects for US and Canada clients, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.
+ Act as **Subject Matter Expert (SME)** on HCM processes such as payroll, benefits, tax, Core HR, General Ledger modules.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
+ Configure, test, and validate HCM system functionality according to client specifications.
+ Provide expert guidance on **US/Canada regulatory compliance** (taxation, benefits, retirement plans, payroll, GL etc.).
+ Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) and support clients during go-live.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex HCM-related issues, ensuring high quality of deliverables.
+ Stay updated with **HCM product enhancements, labor laws, and best practices** in the US/Canada region.
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ 6–9 years of hands-on experience in **HCM system implementation** (Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms).
+ Strong understanding of **US and Canadian HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance regulations** .
+ Proven track record of leading functional design, system configuration, and deployment activities.
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently in client-facing environments.
+ Experience in **multi-country implementations** (US & Canada) preferred.
+ Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
+ Good to have any US payroll certification.
+ Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
