Sr Solution Sales Executive is a unique and highly interactive position dedicated to a specific business unit relevant to a specific market. This position is responsible for providing all aspects of business development, from expanding client relationships to developing and closing new Business unit opportunities, as well as providing support for specific business unit products/services for the Markets/Business Units they serve. Territories are regionally based and aligned to maximize partnership with Client Executives, Sales Specialists, Customer Success Managers, Clinical Specialists, and Services Implementation Services.
Optum/Change Healthcare is seeking to hire a Solution Sales Executive to join its expanding sales team. Solution Sales Executive is a unique and highly interactive position dedicated to a specific business unit relevant to a specific market. This position is responsible for providing all aspects of business development, from expanding client relationships to developing and closing new Business unit opportunities, as well as providing support for specific business unit products/services for the Markets/Business Units they serve. The Solution Sales Executive will be responsible for driving on-prem radiology solutions, cloud solutions, and upgrade solutions for the enterprise imaging team within Canada.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within Canada (except for the Saskatchewan province) as you take on some tough challenges.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Promote solutions with the highest standards for the Business Unit
+ Responsible for selling radiology, cloud, and upgrade solutions
+ Lead local account team to drive our on-prem and cloud radiology solutions with customers. Create solid working relationships with Services Implementation, Customer Support, Customer Success, Bid Management, Product Management, services, and Professional Services throughout the sales process.
+ Strategically position 3rd party integrated solutions (Aidoc and Tera Recon) within territory
+ Meet and exceed sales revenue targets
+ Identify risk factors at an early stage, and take effective action to safeguard both our clients, and the organization
+ Look for opportunities to conduct research, both independently, and in partnership with organizations within our network
+ Manage multiple concurrent sales opportunities
+ Analyze market trends, implications and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for the Business Unit
+ Build Sales Strategy and lead RFP, RFI, RFQ’s for new and existing clients
+ Work effectively within the matrix, promoting trust and communications across the business segments; collaboratively builds solid relationships.
+ Demonstrate Solid interpersonal and networking skills both internal and external to the company
+ Build active relationship selling across internal organization, delivery, consulting, senior management, operations-units, external vendors/partners, third-party advisors etc.
+ Act as a conference presenter and Industry Representative when called upon
+ Foster a competitive environment and serves as a role model to other employees
+ Obtain commitments from individuals or groups to ensure organization success.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of sales development, business development or related within the healthcare industry
+ Sales and marketing experience including growing a business or portfolio of clients within the healthcare industry
+ Account relationship management experience
+ Experience effectively messaging, positioning and presenting information for client impact and influence
+ Experience effectively negotiating, influencing and collaborating
+ Advanced level of knowledge within the healthcare provider market, including the large hospitals and health systems in Canada
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM (ex. Salesforce)
+ Proven ability to operate and navigate in a complex environment with a high level of collaboration
+ Willing or ability to travel up to 50% of time based on business need
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience selling Diagnostic Imaging solutions, software, and service delivery to hospitals/health systems in Canada
+ Experience conducting presentations and facilitating group discussions
+ Direct revenue-generating experience
+ Knowledge of Change Healthcare Imaging and Workflow Solutions products and services
+ Knowledge of current healthcare information systems technology, Radiology PACS Solutions and Enterprise imaging workflow processes
+ Knowledge of Optum Products/Solutions
+ Proven track record of successful sales/ownership over a personal revenue target
+ Proven ability to meet and exceed goals

**Canada Residents Only:** The salary range for Canada residents is $122,400 to $254,300 annually. Role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
