Key Responsibilities:

Lead, develop, and manage classroom clinical training programs on our products by referring to global training programs (classroom training and field training at hospitals).Translate English training materials into Japanese.Create and continuously update training materials as needed.Deliver most part of planned training programs to newly joined clinical specialists and sales teams.Plan necessary business and technical skill training in addition to the global program to ensure localization.Monitor and observe the progress of trainees and provide appropriate support when needed.Teach and coach new clinical specialists on business and clinical behaviors and communication at hospitals.Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in in related field , 5 years years experience of previous related medical device and/or clinical experience Required andOther: Clinician experience in intra-operative procedures acquired from Registered Nursing Degree curriculum (RN), or in positions such as Radiologic Technologist (RT), Operating Room Technician (ORT), or Cardiovascular Technician (RCIS) Preferred andOther: Experience in interventional cardiology or cardiothoracic surgery Preferred

Requirements

Clinical knowledge of structural heart diseases including echoExperience of planning and delivering clinical trainingsExperience of project managementPresentation/coaching/teaching skillsFluent Japanese and English to build good relationship with global stakeholdersAbility of nimble learning and manage ambiguityMaturity to become role model of traineesMedical Technologist, Sonographer or Nurse license

Preffered:

Proven experience in a catheterization lab (cath lab) or sterile environmentDemonstrated success in training, preferably within the medical technology sectorDeep knowledge in echocardiography
