Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Marketing Operations professional with extensive Salesforce experience to join the Marketing Operations team. This person will be responsible for managing all lead and campaign record processes and related integrations - constantly evaluating the business’ needs with consideration to the overall marketing strategy.
This individual will have demonstrated expertise in lead management processes across enterprise companies while working with cross functional stakeholders. They will have a bias towards proactively identifying lead routing issues prior to being alerted, have a detailed eye for lead data quality, and understand Salesforce campaign structure and attribution best practices, and
This team member will work closely with marketing, sales/sales enablement, and technical stakeholders to develop processes for a high growth marketing organization and should have exceptional problem-solving skills.
This role resides in Jersey City and reports to the Senior Director, Marketing Operations. This role is hybrid with 2 days in our headquarter office located in Jersey City, NJ.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all lead management operations within the CRM (Salesforce).Monitor lead routing accuracy, key data points populating correctly, and ensuring lead recipients are following the prescribed processes.Work cross functionally with marketing and sales teams to understand, refine, and translate business needs into the necessary lead processes.Collaborate with sales ops and IT to make necessary changes in system setup and/or processes.Ensure data hygiene, segmentation, and proper lead data flow between applications – primarily focusing on the Eloqua to Salesforce integration.Maintain documentation on processes, configurations, and workflows for reference and training purposes.Identify and resolve technical issues proactively, including system errors, deliverability problems, and data discrepancies.Partner closely with sales/sales enablement to ensure lead to opportunity prescribed processes are followed by all teams.Consistently analyze all milestones of the lead workflow process to recommend improvements to process or system setup.Advocate to stakeholders to receive the necessary sign off and buy-in for processes or system changes.Assist with new and existing Martech evaluation, integration, and implementation/adoption.Help educate team members and stake holders on Salesforce lead and campaign best practices.Salesforce SME for marketing.Qualifications4+ years of working experience with Salesforce.com – admin experience or certification preferred.2+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms with a focus on MAP to CRM integrations regarding lead workflows.Experience building both executive level and operational reporting and dashboards in Salesforce.Highly experienced rolling out new lead management processes or scaling and improving existing processes with demonstrated success metrics.Experience in advanced lead management, including lead life cycle, enrichment, quality, privacy, marketability, matching, scoring, routing, and conversion rate optimization.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders.Strong understanding of sales and marketing process best practices and associated metrics.Extensive understanding of Salesforce Campaign hierarchies and basic campaign attribution methodologies.Experience project managing initiatives that span multiple teams and systems.Skills
