Job Description:
We are seeking a Supply Chain and Materials Management Professional to oversee and guide all Supply Chain activities from the proposal stage through program execution for a range of programs. This role involves developing strategies, implementing plans, and tracking progress for cost savings initiatives, as well as managing material requirements using MRP systems to align with cash flow objectives and program schedules.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Supply Chain strategies for program success from development through production.Utilize MRP systems for material planning, scheduling, and monitoring, ensuring efficient material flow.Define raw material scheduling requirements and reconcile Supply Chain disruptions throughout the program lifecycle.Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure scalable internal capacity and manage labor budgets for Supply Chain resources.Oversee material distribution in collaboration with purchasing, warehouse, and end users.Establish and report on EVMS performance for large budget programs.Lead projects and teams, identify process improvements, and facilitate implementation.Serve as the Supply Chain interface to program teams, aligning resources with business needs.Maintain and oversee the Master Production Schedule and provide mentorship on MRP functionalities.Support procurement efforts, determine supply chain risks, establish mitigation plans, and execute defined plans.Engage with cross-functional groups for risk mitigation and problem prevention.Act as a functional representative/subject matter expert internally and with external customers and auditors.Lead and mentor team members, providing coaching and training.Responsible for material bid processes during proposal efforts and develop Supply Chain labor basis of estimates (BOE).Collaborate with data analytics for materials management and status reporting.Ensure compliance with FAR, MMAS, MAAR-13, and CAS regulations.Solve complex problems through data analysis and implement preventative actions.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
