Sr Specialist, Regional Marketing
Job Title: Sr Specialist, Regional Marketing Job Description Reporting to the Associate Director, Regional MKT, the Sr. Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth (lead generation). This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, Demand Generation, social media platforms, content creation, and analytics. **I.** **Strategy Development and Execution:** · Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives. · Identify and target key audiences across various social media platforms. · Create and manage an editorial calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery. **II.** **Content Creation and Management:** · Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to our audiences, including posts, articles, infographics, videos, and more. · Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to source and create compelling content. · Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging. **III.** **Community Management and Engagement:** · Monitor and engage with our social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. · Foster relationships with key influencers, industry leaders, and potential clients. · Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach and engage target audiences and produce leads. **IV.** **Analytics and Reporting:** · Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the commercial team. · Use data to optimize strategies and improve engagement, reach, and conversion rates. · Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. **V.** **Collaboration and Coordination:** · Work closely with the internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives. · Coordinate with other departments, including sales, TA and operations, to ensure a cohesive brand experience. · Provide guidance and support to junior team members and other stakeholders.
