Use your skills, experience, and talents to be a part of this exciting team. As a Sr. Specialist in Assets Protection Operation team, you will support and help the team achieve business goals by

Performing the daily Exception and leads for assigned Target locationsReviewing specific transactions that occur at registers using the camera systemIdentifying what occurred in specific transactionEnsuring that all identified transactions have been reviewed and completed dailyDocumenting findings and observations; connect the information to identify themes across time, stores and marketsCommunicating regularly with Minneapolis based HQ partners and assigned store partnersParticipate in other special projects that relate to exception based criteria and video review validationProcessing requests for case support and recognize theft behaviors, patterns, and trendsDelivering systems feedback to increase efficiencies in support and execution of productDeveloping skill through continuous learning, networking, and taking relevant trainingStrengthening capabilities and drive performance improvements.Assisting with the training & mentoring of new team members in Exception review and case initiation

Requirements:

3/4 year degree or 1-2 years of work experience on audit or operations job.Competency in excel, Word, and other similar platformsAbility to communicate clearly and effectively in all situationsAbility to work well independently/strong/initiative/problem solving skillsAbility to multi-task and connect with different team membersAbility to prioritize workload, manage time independently and meet daily processing deadlinesHandle secure evidence and process requests with company PCI guidelinesMaintain confidentialityFlexible schedule and curiosity for learning
