Sr Specialist Member of Technical Staff
**Job Description:** Seeking a candidate that is a strong team-player and communicator and open to learning new skills and technologies. They must have a 4-year degree in specific STEM areas. Their areas of responsibility may include: + Integrate mobile core designs and tech insertion with Jira and end to end Testing to create a “design for test” framework + Assist in mobile core design for new products and services as well as end to end architecture enhancement + Analyze service requirements and assumptions to devise and record solutions, while meticulously maintaining comprehensive release documentation and tech insertion plans + Translate service and platform requirements into test case requirements for End-to-End testing of LTE and 5G core networks and drive automation of test object lists + Enthusiastic about exploring and implementing innovative methods to enhance test coverage, release/test automation, and release efficiency​ **Qualifications:** + Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies. + Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and scripting languages. + Familiarity with process improvement models (e.g., CMMI, ISO Standards) is a plus. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication and teamwork skills. + Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly. **Preferred Skills:** + ISTQB Tester Certification + Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and artifact repositories (JFrog) + Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies. + Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. + Understanding of performance metrics and quality indicators. + Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure. + Familiarity with one-touch deployment automation tools and techniques. + Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. + Basic understanding of 5G network infrastructure and its components. + Experience with network simulation and testing tools. + Knowledge of network protocols and telecommunications standards **Education Requirement:** + Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline e.g. Computer Science, or Engineering.
