**Duties** : Test complex systems using web applications and data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and refine user stories. Prepare and execute test plans, test scenarios, test cases, data setup, bug reporting, test evaluation summary report, and communication of status/metrics. Write test cases for new features, enhancements, and bugs. Perform paired programming along with the developer and QA engineers to automate unit tests, functional API tests, and UI tests implemented during the Test Driven Development (TDD) approach, in an effort to detect defects as early as possible.
Salary: $124,904 to $164,800 per year
Starting compensation for this location depends on related experience. Annual bonus opportunity and other eligible earnings are not included in the range(s) above. We offer a competitive benefits package, see below for details.
**What you have**
**Job Requirements** : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 60 months (5 years) of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Requires 60 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate in each of the following skills: 1. Test automation for APIs and web-based applications; 2. Develop, execute, and maintain automation test cases and test scenarios using Java; 3. Expertise in utilizing testing related tools/framework: Cucumber, BDD, Jmeter, Junit, and Postman; 4. NoSQL (MongoDB) / Relational Database (SQL Server/Oracle); 5. CI/CD tools (GIT/Bitbucket, Bamboo/Jenkins); and 6. Agile Methodology using JIRA.
