Lead projects and programs with moderate complexity scope. Analyze and evaluate code issues and make decisions within general parameters under broad supervision. Follow established standards and focus on quality in all aspects of work. Provide technical expertise to the team using specialized domain knowledge. Utilize object-oriented principles and work on approved data design principals to create better and optimal solutions. Support team lead in code reviews and follow company approved standard tooling to improve code. Required to establish database management systems, standards and guidelines. Takes a lead role in quality assurance testing within the designated business area to support organizational goals and ensure integrity and reliability of business operations. Job Location: Austin, TX Salary: $155,709 to $164,800 per year **What you have** **Job Requirements** : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor’s related experience, or a Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 2 years of related experience. Experience must include 2 years of experience in each of the following skills: Mocking frameworks, Unit test, and Integration test writing; Test automation tools, specifically Cucumber, Specflow, Mabl, and Ruby; Object oriented design and programming using Java, C#, and .NET; Client library tools including Angular and React; Splunk; and REST Web APIs or Messaging-based systems. **What’s in it for you** At Schwab, we’re committed to empowering our employees’ personal and professional success.
