Roles and Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies, standards, and guidelines, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Regularly review and update these policies to address emerging threats and changes in the regulatory landscape.Develop, review, and maintain technology-specific secure design patterns and approved cloud service configurations.Develop, implement, and maintain cloud security posture management using preventive and detective controls to protect cloud-native or IaaS solutions.Collaborate with governance, risk, and compliance teams to ensure infrastructure security initiatives comply with relevant industry standards (e.g., NIST, CIS, GDPR, SOC 2).Lead research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry, and market trends to assist in cybersecurity project development and/or operational support activities.Engage with project teams and provide cybersecurity advice to ensure designs comply with security policies.Desired Characteristics
Extensive experience implementing cybersecurity best practices in IT infrastructure (network, compute, storage).Expert analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and influencing skills.Change-oriented with a focus on process improvements, strategic initiatives, and managing competing priorities.Education Qualification
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience, OR an Associate's degree with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, OR a High School Diploma with a minimum of 13 years of professional experience.Minimum of 5 years of cyber security experience as a Security Architect or Solutions Architect.About Us:
