Job Responsibilities：
Develop asset and operations sourcing strategy in line with business growth expectations.
Drive and execute annual strategic plan for AIS portfolio
Optimize and safeguard the current supplier base, including management of senior level relationship with key suppliers, defining the best-suited process to execute, etc
Work directly with the SBU ISC, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to establish needed supply partner relationships
Work as part of the New Product Development process to identify future needs and supply partner to support the implementation/transfer/scale up/customer qualifications of the NPD projects
Manage Supplier selection, RFQ and RFI process, Negotiation, Contracting and supplier performance processes
Improve Working Capital through Payment Terms extensions, Payment cycle optimization, Vendor Managed Inventories Inventory and Lead time reductions
Focus of the position
Significant experience in procurement
Working and/or Leading in Matrix and complex Team Environment
Project Management and/or Contract Management Experience
Professional Certifications in Project/Supply Chain/ Procurement/Contract\nManagement
Demonstrated Business and financial acumen
Experience with SAP, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project Management Tools
