As a Sr Strategic Sourcing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sourcing strategies to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. You will report directly to our Director of Strategic Sourcing, and you'll work out of one of the listed locations on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company by driving cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives, optimizing supplier relationships, and implementing best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

The annual base salary range for this position is $77,000-$117000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\nDevelop and execute sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategies\nIdentify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships\nDrive continuous improvement in procurement processes and practices\nReport out to sourcing leadership on program status; including recovery schedules if necessary.\nMonitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements\n\nU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS\n

MUST HAVE:\n\n5+ years of experience in Integrated Supply Chain and Program/Project Management\n\n
