Sr Strategy and Planning Associate, Yield and Incentives

**About the Role**
Uber Advertising is an exciting growth area that impacts all major lines of business at Uber (Mobility, Online Food Delivery and Grocery & Retail). As the ads business looks to significantly grow, there is a pressing need to develop sophisticated pricing strategies and tools to maximize yield across our GTM efforts. This person will be the key person overseeing all advertising pricing and yield efforts across the EMEA region.
**What You'll Do**
- Partner with business, sales, operations, product and other teams to drive insights into where our advertising GTM is seeing success vs. struggling
- Complete analysis to inform minimum campaign threshold requirements across different teams/countries
- Develop a strategic framework for sellers to sell different tranches of ads inventory according to overall demand and premium nature. Train, support and enforce this framework across different EMEA sales teams
- Partner with sales and other teams to create joint business plans and “upfront” programs with strategic customers. Develop menu of suitable benefits & incentives to offer as part of business negotiations.
- Work closely with product and engineering to build out forecasting and inventory tools to be used by operations and GTM teams
**Basic Qualifications**
- 5+ years of analytical, operations, project/program management, or related experience
- Experience working with an advertising, digital media, retail media, ad-tech or mar-tech product suite
- Experience working within a yield and pricing function
- An executor and a problem solver with strong analytical capabilities/data acumen.
- Strong G-Suite, SQL and data management skills. Strong attention to detail and an ability to synthesize information quickly, distill key takeaways, and to weave insights into a compelling story that clarifies and inspires.
- Proven track record in solving complex problems, leading projects with a large set of stakeholders and designing and optimisation of processes in a fast-paced ever-changing environment. (i.e. management consulting, investment banking, operations experience in hyper growth companies)
