Sr Strategy & Operations Analyst

What you'll do The Sr Strategy & Operations Analyst (Services Operations Reporting and Insights) will support Professional Services, Onboarding Consulting and Docusign University internal customers. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Services partners, providing data analysis and business insights. You will develop dashboards, tools and reports that will drive operational excellence and achieve the business goals. You will be responsible for supporting our services businesses and will work cross-functionally with various departments to support scalability This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Services Analytics & Insights Lead. Responsibility Collect, analyze and report on services data to deliver insights into performance, trends, and areas for improvement Partner with Services business leaders to understand the business goals and challenges, proactively analyzing performance and growth opportunities Assist on developing and implementing global services operations reporting and analytics strategies Build and cultivate a strong, cross-functional network, and help develop planning, analytics, insights, modeling, forecasting, and process improvement capabilities across the Services Organization Conceive new or enhanced services operations tools or ways of working, making significant contributions that can be extended in the future Support continued improvement of processes, systems and tools, partnering with cross-functional teams to provide analytical insight to evaluate risks and opportunities Aid in defining and tracking key performance metrics for the services team, contributing to the identification of improvement areas and collaborating on action plans Foster effective collaboration and communication between the Services Operations team and Services, ensuring seamless coordination among sales, operations, finance, and other cross-functional teams Support in ensuring compliance with internal sales and services operations policies and guidelines, identifying and addressing any process gaps or issues that might impact internal effectiveness or customer satisfaction. Assist in evaluating, implementing, and optimizing services enablement and CRM tools, providing training and ongoing support to the services team for their effective utilization. Help other team members develop and advance their functional and business knowledge Advise cross-functional leaders and teams on the direction of the assigned function Be regarded by stakeholders as a trusted advisor, as evidenced through their feedback Demonstrate a robust work ethic and consistently produces high quality results Able to take on stretch assignments and complete these to the standards expected Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience Experience in data analytics, sales operations, sales strategy or a similar role within a consulting or technology company 5+ years of total professional experience, preferably at a SaaS or consulting company Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets Experience with Salesforce as an end user Basic knowledge of SQL Advanced and/or fluent English Preferred Excellent analytical skills with the ability to capture, analyze, and interpret sales data to drive insights and recommendations Ability to navigate confidently and competently through ambiguity and change Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and partners Diligent with a focus on accuracy and quality Advanced knowledge in SQL Experience with CRM Analytics (formerly known as Tableau Analytics) dashboard building - SOQL and SAQL Uses both advanced functional and business knowledge to complete work of increasing complexity and scale Life at Docusign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
