Within GREF, the newly formed Global Transformation & Insights (GTI) team is responsible for Customer Insights, Business Insights, Creative + UX Design, and Communications. This role is focused on transformation - leading some of the most ambiguous, complex, and strategic programs across GREF. The optimal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing new capabilities, activating strategic initiatives, optimizing and problem solving, developing PRFAQs, and reimagining and reinventing processes in close partnership with cross-functional teams. We are seeking a self-motivated, ownership-minded, and nimble Senior Strategy Manager to be a force-multiplier for our (GTI) team, amplifying our efforts and impact.
Key job responsibilities
• Partner with GTI and broader GREF leadership to scope, activate, and drive needle-moving initiatives forward, bringing key stakeholders together and driving alignment on objectives, experimentation roadmaps, process and KPI’s.
• Act as a bridge between GREF and other stakeholder teams - potentially partnering across global and regional teams ranging from Customer Insights, to Creative, to Finance, to Design & Construction, to Occupancy Planning.
• Define key success metrics for GREF strategies and stand up mechanisms to track performance and drive actions.
• Dive into competitive benchmarking and secondary research in close partnership with the UX Research team to develop a deep understanding of workstreams you are supporting.
• Support inputs into key org strategic documents and planning, including MBR’s, QBR’s, and OP cycles, ideating on metrics and key KPI’s that best capture performance and drive insights and actions.
• Promote a sense of transparency, visibility, and community among our teams.
• Navigate evolving initiatives in a fast-paced environment, bringing structure and insight to prioritization.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of product or program management, business development or consulting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (agile to waterfall)
- Experience working and contributing to project playbooks, building schedules, managing issues/risks, establishing communication plans and stakeholder management
- Experience understanding needs of business and end customers and translating them into right solution
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile to Waterfall).
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience working and contributing to project playbooks, building schedules, managing issues/risks, establishing communication plans and stakeholder management.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $192,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
