The Supplier Quality Data Analyst position is part of the Supplier Quality team. The role is responsible for the overall data management related to Supplier Quality processes, including analyzing Supplier and Channel Partner performance data, identifying trends and, supporting process gap investigation, confirm data accuracy through validating system reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements. Supplier Quality Data Analyst will frequently communicate with internal employees, both international and domestic, as well as report to the Global Supplier Quality team. The ideal candidate has an ability to adapt to fast changing business/operational conditions while providing solutions around a wide variety of business needs. The candidate should be very detail-oriented, analytical, has a strong background in Quality Assurance and Data Analysis.
Position Responsibilities
Recommend and participate in data quality process improvementsWorking in a cross-functional environmentManage and prioritize tasks independentlyTrend, analyze, and report on data to improve the Supplier Quality system attributes within (SAP, ETQ, Sales Force), quality plan, batch update processes; develop recommendations based on data analysisCreate, manage, and monitor global Quality data reports with the focus of Supplier and Channel Partner Master Data.Create and/or approve changes in PLM to update material data and SOPsEffectively govern critical quality data attributesApply global governance of quality system controls in SAP to existing data fields. Establish and/or improve system controls where appropriateInteract with key business functions (e.g. Supply Chain, Product Development, Channel Partners Suppliers, GIS, Engineering, Quality) and Quality Data Management Lead dailyAdvises and consults on QMS project/quality plans, risk assessments and remediation plansHelp define, execute, and manage complex data and governance projects with multiple stakeholdersPerform exploratory data analysis to understand the current state, existing opportunities, and potential future enhancements and solutions, as well as being able to summarize and present results to the leadership

Position Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management or quality field in a regulated environment; direct experience working in in-vitro diagnostic manufacturing preferred.Experience in Master Data Management, data cleanup or similar activitiesUnderstand the interaction between data attributes and business processesStrong / creative research skills and critical thinking capabilitiesStrong statistical and Excel skills to analyze complex data sets.Oral and written communication skills to support interaction with various levels of the organizationStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environmentAbility to gather and present reports in pdf, ppt, word, excel, and present data visually highlighting key findings and recommendations.Communicate effectively, translating data, findings, and suggestions from a high-level technical language into information that stakeholders can understand, and vice versaInterpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reportsCollaborate with suppliers, channel partners and internal teams to resolve open supplier and channel partner audit findings and supplier corrective actions.Review and Approve ongoing quality records (supplier status changes, audit records, supplier corrective actions, qualified restricted forms for active suppliers, etc. ) to ensure compliance to the purchasing control processes.Supporting internal and external audit preparation and conductManage supplier data and associated documentation to ensure supplier qualification status and supporting evidence is accurate per the process.
