General Summary
Reporting into the AVP, Productivity and Network Optimization the Senior Supply Chain Program Manager is a key role in helping Campbells drive Supply Chain performance to world class levels.  This position will be accountable for the following: structuring workstreams, building project/program plans, monitoring progress and tracking metrics/KPIs, communicating program status to key stakeholders in and outside of Supply Chain, proactively mitigating and managing risk, and ensuring program deliverables are within scope, on time and at a high level of quality.  This role is highly collaborative and will interface closely with Supply Chain Category Leadership with expectations of providing regular progress updates on key initiatives supporting profitable growth. Although the role is an individual contributor, it will require managing team members on projects to ultimately deliver program goals.
 

Primary Responsibilities:

Supply Chain End to End

Acts as Supply Chain voice on project teams in relation to commercialization, margin improvement initiatives and network optimization. Ensure seamless integration and execution with other Supply Chain functions, including Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Procurement, to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Provides robust and proactive communication working back with owners of information for a holistic view of project/process in the supply chain.  Brings together various pieces of information in the supply chain to gain alignment on next steps.

Supports Continuous Improvement processes with cross functional partners and plant teams, spanning various initiatives (margin improvement initiatives, capital spend, business continuity)

Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies and processes that improve supply chain performance.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including plant leads, Category Leads, and cross functional teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Oversee the development and execution of supply chain risk management strategies within commercialization, margin improvement initiatives and network optimization, to minimize the integration impact and ensure business continuity.

Present holistic updates on New Product Development, Day 1 readiness and startup performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior supply chain leadership to support strategic decision-making working cross-functionally with commercialization and industrialization.

Drive the standardization of supply chain processes and best practices across the organization to ensure swift action and efficiency.

Program/Project Management

Lead complex SC Projects in defining scope, objectives, business needs and execution that help aid the progression of strategic initiatives.

Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Shepherd the project team through change management activities that will improve acceptance and implementation of new processes and technologies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maximum buy-in from stakeholders.

Strategic/Thought Leadership

Manages/Advises on Network Optimization projects bringing “big picture” thought and optionality.

Provide strategic direction and thought leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and fostering innovation.

Lead strategic analysis and scenario planning to address business needs and gaps with existing capabilities to prepare Campbells Supply Chain for the future.

Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to senior leadership on supply chain commercialization, offering insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging teams to challenge the status quo and seek out new opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Job Requirements

Minimum education required: bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering or related field

7+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain related roles, process & project management and/or operational strategy

PMP certification preferred

Demonstrated Management, Leadership, and Influencing Skills, strategic as well as tactical thinker.

Change Agent: The ability and drive to challenge conventional wisdom.

Strong analytical skills: conveying messages and insights rather than data.

Priority management, skilled in balancing and navigating between different interests of multiple stakeholders.

Identify and effectively manage priorities.

Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities (both verbal and written)

Strong financial background and general business acumen

Drive for results. Must demonstrate strong initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$105,000-$172,200

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
