Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Support Services Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in providing in-depth troubleshooting and support to our clients using ComputerEase. The ideal candidate will have advanced accounting knowledge and experience with one of Deltek's Professional Services ERP solutions (Ajera, ComputerEase, Vantagepoint, Vision) is a plus. Key Responsibilities: + Provide expert-level support to clients using ComputerEase, addressing complex issues. + Utilize advanced accounting knowledge to assist clients with their inquiries and troubleshooting needs. + Collaborate with clients, engineers, product managers, and senior staff to resolve issues efficiently. + Document all client interactions and solutions in our case tracking system. + Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with the latest features and best practices of ComputerEase. + Mentor and assist junior analysts with inquiries and case resolutions. + Leverage AI tools to enhance support efficiency and effectiveness. Work Location:US RemoteQualifications: Qualifications: + 3+ years of experience in a support role, preferably with Deltek ComputerEase or other Deltek ERP solutions. + Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices. + Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment. + A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
