**Overview** Cayuse Native Hawaiian Veterans, LLC is an SBA Tribal 8(a) certified technology and government solutions provider. We provide innovative solutions and delivery excellence across a range of information technology, business process outsourcing, and government client missions, focused on minimizing risk through the delivery of quality outcomes. **Responsibilities** + Backup and recovery of Data Operations Center (DOC), systems, patching of systems, providing Tier II/III support to lower tiers, performance tuning, hardware and software upgrades, operational configurations, resource optimization, etc. + Ability to support Microsoft and Linux Operating systems. Knowledge of other Microsoft Products used to manage an enterprise operation. Knowledge of VMWare. + Experience in industry standard data center physical security tools and applications. + Knowledge of DCIM and tools used. Basic knowledge of Visual Basic, .NET, C#, PowerShell and other programming/scripting languages. Ability to develop project management documentation. + Has excellent interdepartmental communication skill (written, verbal, presentations). + Ability to work without guidance and the ability to resolve highly complex problems. + Ability to lead projects. + Serves as SME for a Shared Services Enterprise Datacenter information technology projects **Qualifications** EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Associates Degree and 7 Years experience.
