Role and Responsibilities:

Understand and identify user business problems or needs and to propose A10 SolutionPresentationDemoTechnical Q&APoC (Proof of Concept)Understanding new technology in the market, especially Cloud, Networking, and Security.Hands on to get better understanding of A10 Products/SolutionsHands on to provide customers A10 solutions as well as technical Q&A.Depending on the incidents, may need to explain customer such as root causes and workarounds along with TAC analysis.Speaker at events about A10 Solutions.

Qualifications:

Currently or had worked with below products/experiences.Routers including L2/L3 switches, including BGP/OSPFCarrier Grade NAT/CGNVirtual Machine environment such as VMware/Xen/KVMF5 Product line/Citrix Netscaler product lineRadware product lineBroadcom ProxySG related product lineFirewall products such as Juniper/Fortinet product lineCloud related Solution using such as Azure/Google/AmazonStrong technical expertise on Software/Cloud, Networking and Security, not just knowledge wise, but experience with real equipment/VMs.Kubernetes related knowledges and experiences.Basic Unix/Linux technical experiences/knowledgesScripting such as shell, pythion, perl, tcl, etc.  Deep protocols knowledges/experiences such as HTTP, SSL/TLS, DNS, SMTP, etcHighly motivated with strong sense of responsibilityBusiness level English skills in writing and reading (speaking is better, but not mandatory)
