Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor's of Science degree in System Engineering or related discipline and typically 10 or more years of relevant experienceExtensive experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) best practices for MBSE model management thereinExperience in instruction, process, and template generation, review, and implementation across Aerospace and defense programsPractical knowledge of multidisciplinary engineering principles and practices and how they align with MBSE methodologiesExperience in working with model based multidisciplinary design and development teamsBackground in requirements management, requirement derivation, and requirement allocation; systems design, systems integration, technical risk identification and management strategies, and Verification and Validation (V&V) principlesThe ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $143,487.14 - $197,294.82. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
