SBM Management is searching for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

 The Senior Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the recruitment and job placement activities of organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement programs, plans, policies, and procedures for recruitment, testing, selection, and job placementPlan and direct activities of staff in carrying out such functions as developing sources of qualified applicants, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, and evaluating applicant qualificationsInterview candidates for open positionsWrite and maintain job descriptionsDevelop and maintain internal job posting programDevelop and maintain contacts with educational institutions, employment agencies, placement firms, and other sources of applicantsDetermine Internet online recruiting strategies for attracting and recruiting candidatesDevelop and manage temporary employee, internship, and volunteer staffing programsDevelop and implement new employee orientation program.Develop and manage employee relocation programsDevelop and manage on-campus and off-site recruitment programs including job fairs, trade shows, and media presenceManage automated resume and applicant tracking systemsMaintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, and hiresPrepare and analyze statistical reports and other data to monitor applicant flow, selection, and turnover for compliance with legal regulations and with organization goals and policiesConsult with management to prepare staffing budgets, projections, and employment policies, procedures, and practicesManage affirmative action and equal employment opportunity programsHold exit interviews with terminating employeesQualification
Excellent communication and interviewing skillsComputer proficiency including MS Office Suite and the ability to use the Internet to conduct online researchProject management and time management skills are essential to this positionEligible for a bonus plan based on successfully meeting mutually agreed upon goals4-6 years of experience recruiting business development, sales
