1. Responsible for facilitating compliance related to PH imports in reference to PEZA and Customs implementing rules and regulations.

2. Communicate with cross-functional groups with regards to the timing of the import of raw materials from international sources.

3. With good communication skills using different platforms within or outside the organization pertaining to imports.

4. Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years within a related field of imports working in the same industry or manufacturing. A PEZA-registered company is an advantage.

5. With experience validating freight billings from third-party logistics.

7. Can work independently with minimal supervision.

8. Willing to extend overtime as needed.

9. Being creative and enthusiastic about working on process improvement is an advantage

10. Other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
